Simple rules for a fair, welcoming world.
Play fairly
No cheating, bots, unauthorized automation, client hacks, duplication or exploiting bugs. Report exploits privately and stop using them.
No real-money trading
Do not buy or sell gold, items, characters, accounts or gameplay services for real money or outside payment. Use only supported Hyjal systems.
Respect other players
No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, scams, impersonation or deliberate disruption. Keep names and shared media appropriate.
Protect accounts and systems
No account theft, credential sharing, malicious software, attacks or unauthorized access. Do not evade suspensions or help someone bypass restrictions.
Report problems responsibly
Use bug reports or support tickets. Do not publish exploit instructions or post passwords and private information. Staff may remove unfair gains and restrict accounts.
Follow staff directions
Cooperate with reasonable moderation instructions. Enforcement may happen without warning. Appeal through support instead of disrupting the community.
Bring your own lawful client
Hyjal does not supply World of Warcraft. Obtain the compatible client directly from Blizzard through official channels. Hyjal is independent and is not Blizzard or an official WoW service.
